Parking Garage Modernization and Technology (Request for Proposal)
Provide modernization of the organization's parking technology system. This engagement is structured in two phases. Phase 1 consists of a fixed-fee assessment and strategy engagement to develop recommendations for a modern, integrated parking solution that improves operational efficiency, supports revenue management, and integrates with JPS's enterprise technologies. Phase 2 consists of implementation of the district-approved recommendations from phase 1.
