TIMBER SALE NOTICE

Description: The Bradford City Water Authority is selling the Field Trip Timber Sale, comprising 649,690 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 304 cords of pulpwood. The listed species are Black Cherry (62%), Soft Maple (29%), Tulip Poplar (4%), Hard Maple (4%), and miscellaneous species (1%); the sale also includes cull trees that must be felled. Sealed bids require a $10,000 money order, certified check, or bank draft and are due at the Authority’s Bradford office by 10:00 AM on October 27, 2026.
