Description: The work includes concrete slab and foundations and will be constructed of wood 2x framing and pre-engineered wood trusses. Exterior finishes include concrete board plank siding, pre-finished metal fascia, soffits, gutters and downspouts, and residential aluminum clad exterior doors and windows. Interior finishes will consist of LVT & ceramic tile flooring, rubber base, painted gypsum board walls and ceilings. Laminate cabinets and residential solid core doors will be utilized throughout the residence. Standard residential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be utilized. Minor site work as indicated on the construction documents.
