Homelessness System of Care - Strategic Refresh (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking proposals from qualified organizations to lead a strategic refresh of the division's strategic plan. The Strategic Plan guides the way that the County and its community partners address and manage homelessness. The consultant’s primary role is to design and facilitate a short term (less than six months) series of working sessions with system partners and people with lived experience, as appropriate, capture decisions and areas of agreement, consolidate feedback between sessions, and iteratively build a final Strategic Refresh Report and Implementation Roadmap for County and Continuum of Care (CoC) approval.
