Description: The City of Salinas seeks qualified consultants to provide engineering design services for preventive maintenance on East Laurel Drive over Gabilan Creek (Bridge No. 44C0105). The scope includes site assessment, surveys and records research, plans and specifications, cost estimates, permitting, environmental and utility coordination, hazardous-materials and soils work, traffic control, and right-of-way acquisition if needed.
