MASTER DEVELOPER RFP

Description: The City of Quincy seeks a master developer to plan and implement a project informed by its Riverfront Plan and/or Amphitheater Plan. The envisioned mixed-use destination could include an amphitheater or arena, an event plaza, and a cruise port dock and parking. Other potential uses include housing, hospitality, retail, restaurants, entertainment, and public gathering spaces.
