Lead Service Line Replacement Program Test Pitting Project No. 2 RFP

Description: Test pitting of water service line pipes to determine the service line material. The work consists of test pitting water service lines to determine their material to comply with the Lead Service Line Replacement Law – P.L.2021, Ch. 183, and includes excavation, by vacuum methods, of up to 1,240 test pits, exposure of the buried water service lines, dewatering (if necessary), identification and photographic documentation of the exposed water service lines, backfilling, compaction, and site restoration.
