Digester Cleaning & Disposal Services (Request For Proposal)
The selected Service Provider will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to perform digester cleaning, dewatering, hauling, and disposal services for any and all of the four mesophilic anaerobic digesters. Tasks include removing remaining digester contents—such as thick biosolids, grit, trash, and rags—using wash water, dewatering the removed material to minimize volume, and transporting the waste in water-tight tanker trucks to an approved final disposition site while complying with state and federal permits and providing comprehensive reporting upon completion.
