Hillcrest Elementary School Noise Mitigation (Invitation to Bid)

Description: Work consists of adding mechanical cooling and sound control window assemblies, and replacing ceilings and portions of ceilings. The Hillcrest Elementary School Noise Mitigation project is an effort to reduce aircraft noise in the teaching spaces of the school. The project will include adding mechanical cooling to the building, adding acoustical windows, and replacing ceilings in locations indicated. The addition of cooling will require installation of a cooling water piping, and the addition of a chiller and chiller yard. Alternate 1 - classroom floors, alternate 2 - classroom lighting, alternate 3 - classroom ceiling tiles.
