The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting proposals to develop an in-silico capability for mapping all protein-protein interactions. The capability is intended to help identify novel diagnostic and therapeutic targets, including by analyzing protein networks affected by traumatic brain injury. HUBBLE will use physics-informed computational models to build a dynamic, context-aware catalog of more than 100 million protein interactions.
