Police Officer Standards and Training Commission Administrative Decertification
The Delaware Police Officers Standards and Training Commission (POST) received notification that Mr. Ogden had been found psychologically or emotionally unfit to perform the duties of a police officer, which served as grounds for de-certification. Mr. Ogden had the right to a hearing before a Hearing Board, but no response was received. At the quarterly POST Commission meeting, the Commission reviewed the facts and voted to decertify Mr. Ogden as a police officer in the State of Delaware.
